1- Hello, thanks for taking this interview, it's the first I am doing, but I will try to make good questions. First could you introduce yourself and about your position on NanoMoneyCorp? Could you briefly introduce you team? Like how many people are behind NMC and also what are their positions.

Hi David! My name is Dave Tao. I'm admin of the site www.nanomoneycorp.com/. I'm responsible for the site development and support. And mainly for making it as convenient as possible for our investors and partners.
There are about 100 persons behind the NanoMoney Corporation Ltd. We have lots of consultants, two attorneys a lot of trade personnel, technical specialists and support personnel. You might already know Simon Lee and Julia Stone as our chat operators.

2- NanoMoneyCorp has been online for more than 3 years. Could you explain how could it be so successful and how it was able to survive so much time? And how many active investors does NMC have now?

Well, there is a big work done behind our success and long live. Our team is doing our best every day to make happy every investor. So I'm pretty sure that there is nothing more then a hard work and great strategy that help us to be be a successful company for so long. As well we are absolutely sure that our company would amaze a lot of people with our life cycle in the future. Currently we have about 20000 of active investors and much more of registered users.

3- Could you tell us in detail about Security of your site? I know that NMC will have a Redesign soon, and will implement more security improvements, like SSL connection for the whole site, could you tell us when these improvements and redesign will happen?

We are going to introduce a redesign of our site in September. I don't think that it would fully operate through SSL connection as it would be an easy target for DDOS attackers.
And our DDOS protector warned us about the difficulty of protection the SSL protocol. Still every user can use secured connection right now through https://nanomoneycorp.com/ .
We would have a dedicated button for this option soon. As for the other security issues we are constantly improve our script which is unique. A new push for improvements of it was an appearance of another phishing site recently (nanomoneycorp.biz). It is a third phishing site for the whole life cycle of our company by the way.
For the security reasons a user can't change his/her e-currency or bank account now. So if there would be an unauthorized access to any account it would not be possible to steal the money of the owner's account.

My opinion: Nice to know when redesign will take place, and the improvements in security are well welcomed. They still haven’t fixed the SSL connection yet (if you use the https and try to login, firefox will warn you that login data is not encrypted. My bet is that SSL will be fixed with the redesign. I also like the Comodo certificate to help users avoiding phishing sites.

4- NMC has been a target from phishing sites, what is your opinion about them? Being so successful and old, did NMC always had this kind of problems, and/or others like DdoS attacks, etc,? And how are you dealing with them?

As I said before it is a third phishing site of www.nanomoneycorp.com. There were nano-invest.com and nanocorpmoney.com (which was represented even in GoldPoll) before. The only possible way to fight against them is a power of a word. We are trying to inform every user by any means about that unpleasant situation. We use various forums and blogs of our partners. And of course we inform the hosting providers that host such site. Nanomoneycorp.biz is a history now and it happened due to our efforts. Some sites just redirect their domain names to ours after be gone with investor's money. The recent example was glitterbux.com. Again we use information to fight against it.
We had a lot of DDOS attacks before but fortunately now we are using one of the best DDOS protection on the market provided by GoldPoll. We used several others before but only due to GoldPoll we don't be bothered by such problems anymore. They are very flexible and reliable partners. None of our users don't even notice when an attack is in place now. And these attacks are a common thing from blackmailers. So we are very happy with such service.

My opinion: finnaly we discovered what DdoS protection provider NMC uses. I don't know very much about it (i only knew the monitoring site). I must say this protection is a little odd, because many times i can't acess NMC site, but if i renew my IP adress i can acess it again, maybe the DdoS protection blacklists me from time to time.

5- I have found some users complaining on forums about the lack of support, could you describe how support works, and maybe tell why there are these complains?

There were always complains. Some of them in fact are true. But not all of them for sure. Recently we had a crash of our mail server which followed by a big loss of user's mails. We have moved to more reliable mail hosting now and recovered a lot of mails. Some of them are still waiting to be replied. It was not the most pleasant moment of our history. But hope you would understand that hardware can crash sometimes and no one can withstand that.

My opinion: It's true many members just complain for all and for nothing, but this time i was also in side of members, because there were lots of complaints, and after searching I found that it was because of this mail server crash. And my personal experience with NMC support has been great, so far I contacted always the admin and he never miss answering an email.

6- About payment processors, some users complain about the lack of them. Does NMC have plans to introduce more processors?

For now we do not envision to introduce any other payment processors then we use. LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney are time tested and proven payment processors that gives users enough flexibility of funds management. For those who don't want to deal with e-currencies we have the option of transferring money by bank wire. All of us remember well things with e-bullion and e-gold so I can't assure you we would never consider adding or changing payment processors in future.

My opinion: I think NMC would greatly benefit from adding more PPs, I have seen many investors waiting for STP or AP to added to NMC.

7- Now the most important question. NMC claims to be investing on Nanotechnology, could you tell us more about your investments? Like how can NMC sustain these high profits, because, I think not all of NMCs investments are profitable, so how do NMC manage to keep paying all these profits? If possible describe some examples. And how the money of investors is assured, if some of your investments go wrong?

It is true. We invest in stocks and securities of hightech and nanotech companies. We operate on Asian market as we have nice connections there and it is our origin. I can't tell you very detailed info about the way of money making like we do as it would make no sense for us to work and make profits. All I can tell you is that we often use insider info to make profits. All our investor's money is assured as it is declared on our site. We have a special stabilization fund that was established before the company went online. It was $1 000 000 in cash. But since we never managed to use it, it only grows with time.

My opinion: I am still skeptical about these investments, but if NMC has managed to be online for all this time, well I think they are really investing some of users’ money. And about the stabilization fund being 1 million, I won’t even comment it, but it doesn’t means it’s impossible, just look at InvestiMates, it managed to get more than 1M in deposits in just 2.5 months.

8- Is NMC a fully registered and incorporated? If yes, are these documents open for public?

Yes NanoMoney Corporation is fully registered company and the Certificate of Incorporation can be found on our Contact page.

My opinion: Sorry Dave but i don't find the Certificate on Contact page, i think you forgot to put it there lol.

9- Now the last question: NMC has stayed with us for a long time. What are the futures plans for NMC? Will NMC stay online for another 3 years or more?

Our business is going to well to quit it. I know that we are showing outstanding results already but can assure you that you would be surprised on the time we would be online compared to other sites claiming to be there forever.


Well Dave, it's not just you, i also hope NMC stays with us for long time. And if NMC managed to stay online for 3 years, i think it's safe to assume it will continue online for a good time.
