I have just spoken with the customer support in Cyprus over Skype Phone.
The lady said that it is a technical problem with huge amount of withdrawals, which they promise to be solved by late Friday or up to Saturday.
Meaning that all pending withdrawals to PPs will be cleared.
One problem they are trying to cope with are the overwhelming amounts they need to supply to the payment processors, which have their limitations, as exchange operations, etc.
On the other hand the highly increased quantity of orders to process per day. They have never had such an amount of withdrawal requests per day until recently.
The lady confirmed that smaller payments are made with higher priority than those for larger amounts, in order not to worry the majority of us.
The lady sounded in my opinion very sincere and reassuring and said that these are simply technical issues which will be settled by the weekend.
I told her that it is not the best moment to promote a new plan before paying the pending withdrawals, because we feel not reassured to make a new spend before we get payed.
Further I said that they should publish some news relating to the problems at hand and not leave us in the dark.
She agreed understanding our worries and said she will pass my remark to the responsible staff.
My opinion is that the B.C. case caused some panic to us investors and disturbed the normal cash-flow to/from GF, hence the technical problems described above.
We shall hope that what I have been explained is the truth....or do we have another choice indeed?
P.S.
I forgot to mention that the lady spoke fluent English with a slight Greek accent, but this fact can be confirmed for sure only by a native English speaker.
Anyway it seems that GF have some real people behind the scenes!
V podstatě jeden týpek hovořil přes skype s Genius.
Ptal se na zpožděné platby, řekli mu že mají teď obrovské požadavky na výběr peněz, takže v podstatě nestíhají.
Také řekli že menší částky se snaží vyplácet více, než velké, kvůli tomu aby nedošlo k pochybnostem pro většinu lidí.
Také ji sdělil, že vytvářet teď nový plán není dobrý tah a že od nich nemáme žádné pořádné informace, odpověděla že to sdělí ostatním odpovědným pracovníkům a něco s tím snad udělají.
Dáma na skype mluvila prý plynule anglicky s řeckým přízvukem, takže to dokazuje, že tam u nich někteří lidé opravdu pracují.
